Indirect method

iv 01Lay the pattern on a plate (e.g. clamping plate),
then the foil and finally the net.
Fix the three layers with adhesive tape.

iv 02Glue the mosaic pieces according
to the pattern with white glue (H0060)
on the net. Don’t use too much glue.

iv 03For bendings or small details,
cut the mosaic stones with a mosaic plier.

iv 04The mosaic can be turned after 24 hours.
A second plate will help you to turn it.
For bigger mosaics, it is better to work in pairs.

iv 05Remove the foil carefully.
Let the glue dry completely.

iv 06Now, the mosaic can be glued onto the base (wall or floor).
For that, use marble or Flex glue with a toothed spatula.

iv 07Lay the mosaic with the net onto the glue.
Press the mosaic carefully with a piece of
wood and a rubber hammer.

iv 08Remove carefully the rest of glue by means of an old toothbrush.

Grouting

The mosaic can be grouted after 24 hours. Mix the grouting powder with water and put it in the joints. After that the joint sealer begins to be dry, clean the mosaic carefully at first with a dry cloth than with a wet one.
